EVOLIO Expo is the international trade fair dedicated to EVO oil producers who want to meet an audience of professional buyers from not only Italy, but also from EU and non-EU countries, who are not producers, but big consumers of EVO oil.
A fair that puts the product at the center, through a rich program of conferences, educational events, masterlcass and EVO oil tastings also in combination with food.

The Fiera del Levante is strategically located on Bari’s waterfront near the Port.
It is easily accessible from Italy and abroad by plane, train, bus or car. The district is well served by local public transportation and has a large area designated for car parking.

EVOLIO Expo is the international B2B trade fair dedicated to producers of extra virgin olive oil (EVO), with a focus on territorial identity, oil and health, olive oil tourism, and sustainability.
The event will be held from January 29 to 31, 2026, at the Fiera del Levante, the exhibition center in Bari.
The fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
The event is designed for business operators in the olive sector (producers, buyers, distributors, associations, institutions). On Saturdays, access is also granted to oil lovers, EVO enthusiasts who, although not working in the sector, wish to enjoy tasting experiences and learn more about the culture of oil.
You can register online on the official website by clicking on the “Get your ticket” button, or directly at the ticket offices at the fair. To register, each visitor must provide their email address. It is not possible to register multiple users with the same email address.
Admission is free and the ticket allows you to visit the fair on all three days.
Online registration is recommended to avoid queues and gain faster access. However, it will still be possible to register at reception.
Yes, once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email at the address you provided during registration with your ticket in PDF format or a QR code on your cell phone to show directly at the entrance.
University students can pre-register online to obtain a free ticket by filling out the registration form. They are entitled to a pass valid for all days of the fair as professional visitors (tax code required).

Yes, there is paid parking for visitors in the multi-story parking garage adjacent to the Agriculture entrance.
