EVOLIO Expo is the international trade fair dedicated to EVO oil producers who want to meet an audience of professional buyers from not only Italy, but also from EU and non-EU countries, who are not producers, but big consumers of EVO oil.
A fair that puts the product at the center, through a rich program of conferences, educational events, masterlcass and EVO oil tastings also in combination with food.

Annual Fair
is held in Apulia, the most representative region for EVO Oil production in Italy, but producers from all Italian regions and countries in the Mediterranean area participate every year to give consolidation and continuity to the event.

The Fiera del Levante is strategically located on Bari’s waterfront near the Port.
It is easily accessible from Italy and abroad by plane, train, bus or car. The district is well served by local public transportation and has a large area designated for car parking.
