Born from the Italian olive oil culture, EVOLIO Expo is the international fair dedicated to EVO oil producers from all over the Mediterranean.
The olive oil sector is confirmed to be important for the national economic fabric -with as many as 619 thousand olive oil companies, more than 4,300 active mills, exports that exceeded €1.6 billion (+63%) in the I sem. and more than one million hectares in oil olive production– but it faces challenges in the coming months related to international competitiveness, high production costs, rising prices, digitalization and sustainability. Challenges that can only be overcome by “networking” and sharing the experiences of all players in the olive-oil supply chain.
And this is precisely the goal of EVOLIO Expo, the international B2B trade fair by Nuova Fiera del Levante, dedicated to extra virgin olive oil and organized by Senaf. In 2025, EVOLIO Expo attracted 6,482 highly profiled visitors with decision-making power from the HoReCa SECTOR, GDO, Distribution and Representative Companies.
To foster connections among key players in the industry and support the development of new business opportunities with high-level decision-makers;

Being at EVOLIO Expo in Bari means telling our story in the place where it all began.
Puglia is our home, and olive growing has been part of our identity for over forty years. Participating in this fair means promoting our work, engaging with the sector, and contributing to the growth of an increasingly informed and shared culture of olive oil.
What is the top product you will be presenting at the fair?
At EVOLIO Expo, we will present our extra virgin olive oil, through a range consisting of two blends and two single varieties.
The Fruttato and Delicato blends are the result of a balance between different cultivars and are designed to accompany everyday cooking with versatility and harmony.
Alongside these, the single-varietal Coratina and Picholine express more decisive and distinctive characteristics, reflecting two different aspects of our approach to oil.
This selection reflects our attention to raw materials and our desire to offer oils that can adapt to different tastes and needs, without ever losing their authenticity.

The themes that best reflect our reality are Landscape, Territory and Identity, and Oil and Innovation, because they describe two dimensions that coexist naturally for us.
Our oil comes from a landscape that we protect every day and from a territory that defines our identity, but it takes shape through production and technological choices that allow us to constantly improve quality and sustainability.
We believe that the value of extra virgin olive oil today stems precisely from this balance: deep roots and an eye to the future.

For us at Olio De Carlo, being present at EVOLIO Expo is a natural choice and strongly identifies us. Puglia is not only the beating heart of Italian olive growing, but also our home: it is here that the roots of our history, our family, and our way of understanding extra virgin olive oil lie.
EVOLIO Expo represents a valuable opportunity for professional exchange with other producers, industry operators, and qualified buyers, in a context that promotes the quality, research, and culture of EVO oil.
For us, being exhibitors means reaffirming our commitment to promoting the territory, native cultivars, and a supply chain that combines tradition and innovation. Furthermore, participating in a fair that is growing and consolidating in Bari is an important signal: it means actively contributing to a project that puts extra virgin olive oil at the center, not only as a product, but as a cultural and economic heritage of our country, as well as a fundamental symbol of Italian cuisine, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
What is the top product you will be presenting at the fair?
At the trade fair, we will present all eight of our labels, because each one tells a different but authentic story about our region. These extra virgin olive oils differ in terms of sensory profile and style, but they all share a strong regional identity and a fully controlled supply chain. Through our labels, we promote typical Apulian cultivars, starting with Coratina, the emblem of Apulia for its structure and intensity, to Peranzana, more delicate and elegant, both capable of telling the story of our olive-growing heritage. These are accompanied by our Apulia PGI oil, which best sums up the link between quality, certified origin, and tradition. Bringing the entire range to the fair means offering a complete overview of how we make oil: a story of biodiversity, respect for the land, and olive-growing culture, in which each label has its own personality but all speak the same language, that of Puglia.

All of EVOLIO’s themes represent us deeply, but the one that most reflects our reality is undoubtedly Landscape, Territory, and Identity, in constant dialogue with innovation, because that is where our oil and our corporate vision originate. Our oil is the direct expression of the Apulian olive-growing landscape, its historic cultivars, dry stone walls, and olive groves that we have preserved and handed down for generations. Each of our labels tells the story of a specific territory and a conscious production choice, made with respect for the environment and biodiversity. At the same time, these values are naturally intertwined with olive oil tourism, health, and innovation: we open our mill and our olive groves to those who want to learn about oil at its source, and we invest in research and technology to guarantee a healthy product, rich in polyphenols, without ever losing our connection to tradition. For us, innovation means protecting identity, promoting the territory, and presenting EVO oil as a cultural heritage, as well as a fundamental food for well-being and quality of life.

For us at AGRIDÈ, participating in EVOLIO Expo is not simply a marketing action, but a strategic choice that stems from the very identity of our oil. Being present at EVOLIO, in the heart of Puglia, a region that alone accounts for about 45% of national production, means placing ourselves at the center of Italian and international olive growing, where history, culture, and production intertwine naturally.
EVOLIO represents, above all, a great opportunity to open up to international markets. The B2B focus of the fair makes it a privileged meeting point with buyers and foreign delegations from high-potential areas such as the United States, Germany, and Northern Europe. At EVOLIO, we will present a selection that represents the most authentic synthesis between the uniqueness of our microclimate and the historical heritage of our land, a heritage that we cultivate with respect and a contemporary vision.

Among the themes of EVOLIO, we fully identify with the synergy between Landscape, Territory and Identity, and Oil and Health. For us, these are not separate areas, but two sides of the same coin, inseparable and complementary.
The link with the territory is deep and unbreakable. Our oil is a direct expression of the Apulian microclimate and a history of production that has its roots in time. Identifying with this theme means valuing and honoring the DOP and Organic certifications, which are concrete proof of how the landscape, culture, and human labor are transformed into sensory quality and identity within each bottle.
At the same time, health is a scientific goal for us, not just a promise. Thanks to research and studies conducted in the field of nutrition, we have helped elevate the concept of oil from a simple condiment to a truly functional food. Our oil, with its high polyphenol content, is the culmination of this journey: a product designed for conscious consumers who recognize the Mediterranean diet as a tool for prevention, balance, and longevity.

Participating in EVOLIO Expo means, finally, going beyond oil. It means talking about the development of knowledge. About welcoming people into our home. We need such an important showcase, one that allows us to highlight the evolution that olive growing in Puglia is undergoing and the importance of respecting biodiversity, which makes every olive grove in our land unique. It offers us the opportunity to raise awareness of the value of the cultivar that our hometown, Corato, gives its name to: the Coratina.
What is the top product you will be presenting at the fair?
At EVOLIO Expo, we will present the product that best represents our territory, with its elegant taste and precious history: LuMa Selection, a single-variety Coratina olive oil, is the result of the extreme care we have devoted to the centuries-old olive trees of our Coratina. Splendid olives, selected by attentive eyes and oil extracted with meticulous care. It is our pride and joy.

All the themes addressed at EVOLIOEXPO are close to our hearts and, in particular, through olive oil tourism and hospitality, we make quality oil an extraordinary tool for attracting visitors and bringing people together, opening the doors of our farm and bringing the olive grove to life every day of the year. We enjoy creating experiences of culture and taste around oil. This new form of communication enables us to keep the memories and traditions of our land alive and to showcase the results of renewed care both in the field and in the mill.

“Terre Sorelle” was born from a family project led by women, a dream cultivated over many years but which will finally come to fruition in 2023 with the production of the first Terre Sorelle extra virgin olive oil, which will become certified organic from the 2025/2026 olive harvest. It is important for us to be at EVOLIO Expo because our work project is a life project, a project of love for our land and sharing our passions. EVOLIO Expo is certainly a first, great opportunity to promote our product and make it known both within and beyond regional borders.
What is the top product you will be presenting at the fair?
The top product we will be presenting at EVOLIO is our organic extra virgin olive oil. It is a multi-varietal oil, obtained exclusively from the pressing of our own olives, grown using organic methods and harvested thanks to the hard work and teamwork of our employees. The cultivars from which we obtain our organic extra virgin olive oil are Leccino, Coratina, and Nociara, grown in the countryside of Gioia del Colle and Castellaneta.

Among the themes promoted by EVOLIO, olive oil tourism is certainly an aspect that we are very passionate about and on which we intend to train and specialize. 2026 is the year in which we will inaugurate our agritourism facility in Gioia del Colle, a historic location surrounded by nature and designed to be a repository of authentic flavors and traditions that are the true wealth of our wonderful land: Puglia.

Our top product is DOP oil, which best represents our connection to our territory. As bottlers of DOP oils, our role is to select and promote certified oils, ensuring that each bottle fully complies with the regulations and maintains its quality, origin, and traceability intact. It is a job that requires responsibility, but also great passion. Our PDO oil comes from a well-defined territory, made up of olive groves, traditions, and a certified supply chain that guarantees its uniqueness. As bottlers, our job is to preserve and enhance this identity in every bottle. The fact that a large part of our DOP oil is sold abroad shows how much this link with the territory is recognized and appreciated even outside Italy. We bring to the world a product that tells the story of our roots and the value of local olive growing, making the territory a protagonist on international markets as well.

For a farm with an oil press like ours, it is extremely important to participate in EVOLIO Expo in Bari because it fulfills one of our core values, namely promoting our territory, our olive trees, and our extra virgin olive oil.
We produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality for export all over the world. This allows us to promote our brand and, consequently, the brand of Apulian extra virgin olive oil.
What better opportunity to invite our customers and potential customers to a trade show taking place in our area, just a few kilometers from our company headquarters.
What is the top product you will be presenting at the fair?
Our top product is our extra virgin olive oil, available in seven labels, including conventional and organic varieties. Starting with our best seller Coppadoro (100% Coratina), followed by our IGP, DOP, Esordio, etc.

As a company, we are involved in all three themes, given that they have extra virgin olive oil as their common denominator.
In addition to producing and selling our extra virgin olive oil, we have a busy program of visits to the oil mill, offering a variety of experiences.
All this forms the basis of a landscape to be preserved, a territory to be valued, and an identity to be affirmed.

Territory and identity, because each of our single-varietal types has particular characteristics and its own unique identity. Territory, because we have always focused on agricultural development in our area, owning land in the municipalities of Bitonto, Modugno, Bitetto, Bitritto, and Palo.

First of all, we will be there because Puglia is the heart of Italian olive growing. We couldn’t miss an event that celebrates the excellence of our territory.
In addition, EVOLIO EXPO is a professional trade fair that offers us the opportunity to meet buyers, distributors, and industry professionals, creating new business opportunities and consolidating existing relationships. It is the perfect stage to introduce and taste our oil, telling our story, the care we put into every stage of production, and allowing people to savor the quality that sets us apart.
