At Evolio Expo, Tenuta del Moro will present an exclusive selection of extra virgin olive oils that represent the excellence and varietal richness of our land of Sicily.
The protagonists of the fair will be our blends and monocultivars obtained from native varieties, the result of careful work that combines olive oil tradition and technological innovation.
Each oil incorporates the distinctive characteristics of Sicilian cultivars and stands out for its aromas, intensity, and harmony, reflecting the extraordinary biodiversity of the territory.
We will also present our BIO and IGP Sicilia certified lines, a guarantee of quality, traceability, and respect for the environment, the expression of a fully controlled and sustainable supply chain.

Among the themes proposed by Evolio Expo, the one that best represents Tenuta del Moro’s philosophy is undoubtedly Landscape, Territory, and Identity.
Our oil is born from a deep connection with Sicily, a land that combines natural beauty, agricultural culture, and millennial tradition. Each of our bottles tells the story of the landscape in which it is produced: sunny hills, centuries-old olive trees, and a unique climate that gives our cultivars their unique organoleptic characteristics.
For us, producing oil means enhancing the territory and preserving its identity through sustainable agricultural practices and a supply chain that respects the rhythms of nature.
Every drop of our extra virgin olive oil is a tribute to Sicily and its values: authenticity, excellence, and passion.
With our presence at Evolio, we want to reiterate that true quality oil is first and foremost an expression of a territory, its history, and the people who, like us, live and cherish it every day.

For a farm with an oil press like ours, it is extremely important to participate in EVOLIO Expo in Bari because it fulfills one of our core values, namely promoting our territory, our olive trees, and our extra virgin olive oil.
We produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality for export all over the world. This allows us to promote our brand and, consequently, the brand of Apulian extra virgin olive oil.
What better opportunity to invite our customers and potential customers to a trade show taking place in our area, just a few kilometers from our company headquarters.

What is the top product you will be presenting at the fair?
Our top product is our extra virgin olive oil, available in seven labels, including conventional and organic varieties. Starting with our best seller Coppadoro (100% Coratina), followed by our IGP, DOP, Esordio, etc.

As a company, we are involved in all three themes, given that they have extra virgin olive oil as their common denominator.
In addition to producing and selling our extra virgin olive oil, we have a busy program of visits to the oil mill, offering a variety of experiences.
All this forms the basis of a landscape to be preserved, a territory to be valued, and an identity to be affirmed.
Health is a positive consequence of daily consumption of the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.

Territory and identity, because each of our single-varietal types has particular characteristics and its own unique identity. Territory, because we have always focused on agricultural development in our area, owning land in the municipalities of Bitonto, Modugno, Bitetto, Bitritto, and Palo.

First of all, we will be there because Puglia is the heart of Italian olive growing. We couldn’t miss an event that celebrates the excellence of our territory.
In addition, EVOLIO EXPO is a professional trade fair that offers us the opportunity to meet buyers, distributors, and industry professionals, creating new business opportunities and consolidating existing relationships. It is the perfect stage to introduce and taste our oil, telling our story, the care we put into every stage of production, and allowing people to savor the quality that sets us apart.
In essence, our presence here is not just a marketing choice, but a sign of our commitment to excellence and a deep connection with the land that gives us this extraordinary product.

What is the top product you will be presenting at the fair?
We will present several of them. From our latest arrivals (such as Squeeze Me and Zero without pesticide residues) to our top premium products (such as IGP Puglia oil, Selezione Oro, and Pantaleo Bio), which best represent our territory and our expertise.

The theme that best reflects our reality is undoubtedly the first. For us, extra virgin olive oil is not just a product, but the most authentic expression of our territory. Our company is located in a historic area of Puglia, where centuries-old olive trees create a unique and unmistakable landscape. Each bottle of our oil encapsulates the history, climate, and nature of this land.
