From 29 to 31 January 2026, EVOLIO Expo returns to the Fiera del Levante in Bari, dedicating ample space to the macro-theme of “Oil and Health”, covering prevention, right nutrition and scientific research.

Great Success for the Inaugural Edition of EVOLIO Expo,the International B2B Trade Fair for EVO Oil. The satisfaction of industry professionals positions the event as the leading reference for the olive oil sector.
6,482 visitors, 161 exhibiting companies, 22 international buyers, and over 100 events, including conferences and workshops: the event has laid the foundation for new business opportunities, innovation, and the promotion of extra virgin olive oil on the global stage.

Italians’ interest in oil tourism is growing (64 percent), and new opportunities are opening up for olive businesses. In 2023 9.6 million food and wine tourists (+37% over 2016)
From Jan. 30 to Feb. 1 in Bari, EVOLIO Expo will be an opportunity to delve into the potential of a sector that puts Italian olive farms at the centre of a virtuous ecosystem.

From Italian olive oil culture comes EVOLIO Expo, the international trade fair dedicated to EVO oil producers from around the Mediterranean (Nuova Fiera del Levante in Bari – January 30 – February 01, 2025)
Despite an estimated -32% production decline in 2024/2025 due to adverse weather conditions, with as many as 619 thousand olive oil enterprises, 4,327 mills, and +63% exports in the first 2024 semester, the sector is confirmed as strategic for the national economy. Moreover, our country always ranks first in olive oil consumption.
