It features subtle hints of green almond, almond blossom, chicory, thistle, black pepper, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, there are notes of sweet almond, chicory, pepper, thistle, and bay leaves. There is a good balance between the spicy and bitter tastes, with excellent persistence.
